Davis Cleveland (born February 5, 2002 in
Houston, Texas, United States) is an American child actor, rapper, and singer.
He is best known for his role as Flynn Jones on the Disney Channel original
series Shake It Up.
His acting career began when he started
doing commercial work in Texas. Davis soon moved to Los Angeles to pursue an
acting career and he continued with commercial work. In 2008 Davis scored his
first television guest appearance in the popular CBS crime show “Criminal
Minds.” Davis played a kidnapped child named Ricky in the episode titled
Masterpiece.
This was just the first in a number of
guest-starring roles on television shows including How I Met Your Mother,
Desperate Housewives, The Ghost Whisperer, Hannah Montana and Pair Of Kings. While
appearing on Shake It Up, Davis continued making guest appearances on other Disney
shows including multiple episodes of Zeke And Luther and
Good Luck Charlie.
