Marvin Humes

Marvin Richard James Humes was born on the 18th of March 1985 in Greenwich, London. He is a singer, actor, songwriter in the genres of pop, R&B and dance. He has been married to Rochelle Humes (from the Saturdays) since July 27th, 2012 and they have a baby girl called Alaia-Mai (born on the 20th May 2013). He had 2 brothers named Leon and Jackson. He started his music career with his first band and sang with his first boyband, VS, as a teenager (2004-2005) before JLS. They had formed and released a album then split up. He had a recurring role on the English soap opera Holby City for 3 years from 2000 to 2003 playing Robbie Waring for 14 episodes. At the age of 14, he starred in a children’s programme called K-Club where he helped people with computers and how they work. He was a member of the 2008 X Factor runners up, JLS, who were first called UFO. However JLS broke up almost nearly a year ago (2006-2013). Since they broke up in 2013 Marvin started hosting his own radio show on the Capital Network.
