Maggie Denise Quigley was born on the 22nd of May 1979 in Honolulu to a
Polish-Irish American father and a Vietnamese mother. Her parent had met in the
Vietnam war. Maggie had 2 older half sibling (from her mother’s previous
marriage) and 2 older sisters. The family had moved to Hawaii and settled in

graduating, she flew to Japan for a promise of a modelling career. After 6
months in Japan, she moved to Taiwan,. However, after spending jobless months
there she took her last shot at a modelling career in Hong Kong. With her luck,
it paid off and her career as a model took off with several high profile
designer campaigns like Gucci and Chanel. She eventually became a full-fledged
superstar is Asia. Her name is quiet difficult to pronounce so she had changed
it so it was easier and now is Maggie Q. She had a cameo in the smash hit Rush
