Lady Gaga was born on the 28th of March 1986 in Yonkers, New York. Her
birth name was Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta however she attributed the inspiration
for her namme to
the Queen song “Radio Ga-Ga” and
she went on to become a international popstar. He parents were Cynthia and Joseph Germanotta.
Lady Gaga learned to play the piano at the age of 4. at the age of 11, she was accepte into
the Julliard School in Manhattan but wen to a private Catholic School in the
city. She carried on studying about music and performing and she wrote her
first piano ballad at the age of 13. At 14 years old, she held her first
performance in a New York nightclub. After a few years, Gaga got a early
admission to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She was one out of
20 students in the entire world to get a early admission. When she attended the
University she studied music and worked on her song writing skills. She then
dropped out of the school to find creative inspiration. She took up 3 jobs. In
2005, Gaga was signed to Def. Jam Records but she was dropped just months
later. She them performed on her own in clubs and venues on New York City’s
Lower East Side and she was able to collaborate with several rock bands and
started to experiment with fashion. 2007, Gaga worked at Interscope
Records writing songs for artists on the label. An R&B singer, Akon
discovered the talented Lady Gaga and was impressed, so he signed her to his
label under the Interscope
umbrella, Kon
Live. Her debut album, The fame, was a huge success and the single, poker Face
topped the charts in almost every category, in almost every country.
