Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born on the 15th of April 1990 in Paris. Her parents, Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson were both British lawyers. She has a brother called Alex and her parents had gotten divorced wen Emma was only 5, so she moved back to Oxfordshire in England, with her mother and brother. She studied singing, acting and dancing and she performed in many school plays. He love for acting came when she was 7 and had to recite a poem. He theatre teachers had suggested her to agents who were looking to cast an upcoming movie based on the first novel of Harry Potter. She was 9 years old when she auditioned 8 times for the role that would make her an international star. The author of Harry Potter, J.K Rowling, who was involved in the film process to make sure that it stayed true to the book, wanted Emma for the role of Hermione from the first screen test. She impressed the casting agents and producers and got the role, from where she got her breakthrough role and her acting career started. As she stayed committed to Harry Potter for a decade she has turned into a popular adult model and actress.
