JJ Hamblett

JJ Hamblett was born on the 25th of May 1988 in England.. He has always had a passion for singing. His celebrity inspiration was Robbie Williams. He was into horse riding until the age of 21 and won 24 times. He has a son with girlfriend, Casteria Lopez, a model. He had met Josh and Jaymi and they had made a group called Triple J and then they met George to make Union J. A fellow contestant called Rough Copy was unable to participate and he was called back for the Judges houses along with his band mates (they weren't a band at the time). They were all given a second chance. He then went on to meet 3 boys who ended up being his band mates and even best friends. Louis Walsh decided that they were one of his final three and sent them through to live shows. They came 4th in The X Factor 2012 and they got a record deal with RCA. George got added to their group in Las Vegas for the Judges Houses and they changed their name to Union J. Union J released their first single called “Carry You” in 2013 which was a big hit for them.
