Oritse Williams

Oritse Williams was born on the 27th of November 1986 in Shepard's Bush, London, England. He was part of the 4 piece boy band, JLS, who have broken up. He was brought up by his mother in Shepard's Bush. He had to look after his mother as she was diagnosed with MS when he was 12 years old and he had a tough time growing up. He has 2 brothers and a little sister and also had to look after them. He began entering talent contests at the age of 14. 2006, he started a boy band to make a little money for his family. The band was originally called UFO and then they had entered in the X Factor and changed their name to JLS. They came 2nd losing to Alexandra Burke. They didn’t win but they carried on to get to chart-topping superstardom. JLS, had won 5 number one singles, 2 BRIT awards, 2 MOBO awards, 2 best selling books and 2 double platinum selling albums. However JLS broke up almost nearly a year ago (2006-2013).
