Chris Brown was born on the 5th of May 1989. He was born in Tappahannock
, which is a small town in Virginia, USA. He is an American singer, songwriter,
dancer and actor. He is popular for his hip-hop, pop and R&B music genres.
His parents were Joyce Hawkins and Clinton Brown and they were fans of musical
artists such as Michael Jackson and Sam Cooke. Chris was inspired by these
artists that his parents listened to. He
started dancing at a very young age, he started dancing when he was 2. Before
he realised his singing and vocal talents he already knew that he wanted to be
a rapper. When Chris Brown was 13 he was discovered by a local production team
who had come to his father’s garage to look for some new talent. That’s when
his recording career started and then later he moved to New York and stayed
there for about 2 years.
