JB Gill

JB Gill was born on the 7th of December 1986 in Croydon, England. He was born as Jonathon Benjamin and known as JB. He is a singer and was part  of a 4 piece boy band called JLS. He can play the flute and piano. His first passion was for rugby not singing. He spent 5 years of his life living in Antigua. He discovered his musical talent at a early age. 2006, JB decided to audition for The X Factor and there he met up with the other member of JLS. They were first named as UFO and then changed their name whilst in the X Factor to JLS. They came 2nd losing to Alexandra Burke. They didn’t win but they carried on to get to chart-topping superstardom. JLS, had won 5 number one singles, 2 BRIT awards, 2 MOBO awards, 2 best selling books and 2 double platinum selling albums. However JLS broke up almost nearly a year ago (2006-2013).
